The pipeline comprises schemes with 100 units or more, which have obtained planning permission or are under construction. Of these units, 2,834 are private, comprising a mix of BTR and for sale. In total, there are approximately 2,056 BTR units and an additional 846 Co-Living units within the planning pipeline.The development pipeline is largely concentrated in the North Acton area. Most units within the OPDC area have planning granted (3,571), while 1,554 units are under construction. Across the London borough of Ealing, there have not been any planning applications so far in 2024, however there were 2,051 applications submitted in 2023, up from 1,494 in 2022. Across Hammersmith and Fulham, planning applications have doubled, up from 241 in 2023 to 511 in 2024 year to date.
